How do I register?
- For an independent repair agent
On the site home page, in the Registration section, the independent repair agent should click on the You are an independent repair agent: Subscribe link. After reading and accepting the legal information, a form must be completed in detail (a valid E-mail address must be used as this will be the address to which all mail shall be sent). Once the form has been validated, the user is registered and receives the information for connecting to the site by E-mail.
The user will then be able to purchase packages for accessing on-line documentation or order from the on-line outlet.
- For other independent operators
Automobile repair professionals other than repairers can obtain access to the Renault technical documentation for professional purposes, provided that they match the definition of an independent operator in European regulation 1400 / 02.
However, access is conditional on the signature of a licence for the use of the Renault technical information between the independent operator and Renault.
- For a RENAULT Network repair agent
On the site home page, in the Registration section, the RENAULT Network repair agent should click on the You are part of the Renault Network: Subscribe link. After reading and accepting the legal information, a form must be completed in detail for the repair agent to be recognised in RENAULT's central databases (amongst other things, the RENAULT warranty account number must be filled in). Once the account is validated, the user is registered, and will receive the information for connecting to the site (for full details of the information to enter in the form, the RENAULT repair agent can ask their usual RENAULT contact).
Any RENAULT user already subscribed to RENAULT technical documentation will be able to access the on-line consultation free of charge.
Furthermore, they must order RENAULT documents through the usual channels, the site on-line outlet will not be available to them.
